The estimated delivery time displayed at checkout includes both order processing and shipping.
The packing time depends on seed availability and the total order weight.

• Seeds in stock (parcel shipments):
  Orders containing seeds that are in stock and shipped in cartons are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.
  
• Larger orders (pallet shipments):
  Orders requiring pallet loading are typically packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.
  
• Seeds not currently in stock:
  If an order includes seeds that require an additional delivery from our suppliers, the packing and preparation time may extend to approximately 7–15 business days.
  

For regular B2B customers, we plan deliveries in advance whenever possible to minimize waiting times and ensure continuity of supply.

All orders are shipped from Poland using major European and international logistics providers such as GLS, DPD, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Geodis, Hellmann, and others.

• EU Tracked Shipping:
  Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.
  
• Non-EU countries and islands:
  Delivery times may be longer, depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local regulations.
  

Please note that delivery times refer to transport time only and start from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Yes, we do ship seeds to selected non-EU countries, however such orders require prior individual verification.

For non-EU orders, the following conditions apply:

• Minimum net order value: €250
  
• Additional costs:
  - costs related to obtaining required phytosanitary and export documentation (quoted individually),
  - shipping costs (quoted individually).
  

Please note that:

• phytosanitary and import requirements vary by country and seed species,
• the time needed to obtain the required documentation will extend the overall shipping time.
  

For regular, recurring non-EU orders, we work systematically to ensure continuity of supply and to avoid additional waiting time for documentation whenever possible.
