Returns & Refund Policy
At Deliseeds, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. This policy explains the conditions for withdrawals, returns, and complaints.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers – 14 days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unopened
- unused
- in its original, undamaged packaging
- with a clearly visible label
- accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)
Products returned without prior notification may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Deliseeds will cover the return shipping costs.
Important – biological nature of seeds
Due to the biological nature of seeds and the need to preserve their quality:
- opened seed packages are not eligible for return
- products with tampered or damaged packaging cannot be accepted for resale
Complaints (quality issues – 30 days)
Deliseeds allows customers to submit quality-related complaints within 30 days of receiving the product.
Complaints may relate in particular to:
- incorrect product or variety
- visible quality defects
- significantly reduced germination (assuming proper storage and growing conditions)
To help us process your complaint, please include:
- order number or batch number
- description of the issue
- information about storage and growing conditions
- photos (if possible)
If a complaint is accepted, Deliseeds may, at its discretion:
- replace the product
- send replacement seeds
- provide a partial or full refund
Seed performance disclaimer
Seed germination falls within typical commercial ranges for a given species and batch, in accordance with supplier specifications.
Due to the biological nature of seeds and the influence of storage, sowing, and growing conditions, Deliseeds does not guarantee identical results in every cultivation.
B2B sales and complaints
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (B2C).
Business customers (B2B) do not have the right to withdraw from the contract once the order is confirmed.
Returns are not accepted, except in case of accepted complaints.
Business customers may submit complaints within 30 days of receiving the order.
Deliseeds is responsible only for seed quality at the time of shipment and does not accept responsibility for cultivation results or production outcomes dependent on conditions beyond its control.
Export
For international sales (export):
- Deliseeds provides available commercial and quality documentation required in the country of dispatch
- the customer is responsible for meeting import, customs, and phytosanitary requirements in the destination country
- the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and import-related costs
Deliseeds is not responsible for delays, shipment detention, or refusal of customs clearance resulting from regulations in the destination country, provided that documentation was correct at the time of shipment.
