Deliseeds Shipping Policy
We ship our products from Poland to customers across the European Union and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and are always displayed before checkout.
🇪🇺 EU Tracked Shipping (2–5 business days)
Order weight & shipping cost:
- up to 1 kg – €4.90
- 1 – 5 kg – €6.90
- 5.01 – 10 kg – €9.90
- 10.01 – 15 kg – €14.90
- 15.01 – 20 kg – €19.90
- 20.01 – 30 kg – €29.90
- 30.01 – 40 kg – €39.90
- 40.01 – 50 kg – €49.90
- 50.01 – 75 kg – €74.90
- 75+ kg – freight on request
Islands and special regions
The above rates do not apply to certain regions, including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Faroe Islands and other non-standard delivery zones.
Shipping costs for these regions:
- 0 – 5 kg – €39.00
- 5.01 – 15 kg – €49.00
- 15.01 – 20 kg – €59.00
- 20+ kg – freight on request
Order processing time
The total delivery time shown at checkout includes both order processing and shipping.
Processing time depends on product availability and order size:
- In-stock seeds (parcel shipments): typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Larger orders (pallet shipments): typically dispatched within 1–5 business days
- Products not in stock: processing time may extend to approximately 7–15 business days
For regular B2B customers, deliveries may be planned in advance to ensure continuity of supply.
The delivery times indicated above are estimates. The final delivery time is always confirmed during checkout and may vary depending on product availability and destination.
Delivery time
- EU shipments: typically 2–5 business days from dispatch
- Non-EU shipments: delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local regulations
Please note that delivery time refers to transport time only and starts from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Carriers
We use trusted logistics providers such as DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Geodis, Hellmann and others.
International shipping (non-EU)
We ship to selected non-EU countries after individual verification.
For non-EU orders:
- minimum order value: €250 (net)
- shipping and documentation costs are quoted individually
- additional documentation (e.g. phytosanitary certificates) may be required
Please note:
- import requirements vary depending on the destination country and seed type
- customs procedures and documentation may extend delivery time
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country and for covering any applicable duties, taxes, and import-related costs.
